WE C.A.R.E. Home Health Agency is a full-service agency that provides an array of services such as, Medicare-Certified Home Health, Private Duty Home Care, ODP Waiver, Home Infusion, Non-Medical Transportation, Hot/Fresh Home Delivered Meals, and Personal Emergency Response Systems.
We C.A.R.E. Home Health Agency’s base locations are in Bristol (Bucks County) and Rockledge (Montgomery County), Pennsylvania. We currently serve 13 counties in Pennsylvania such as Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Berks, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Northampton, York, Allegheny, and Schuylkill counties.

Chief Financial Officer
Retired federal government Leader and Manager, will take on executive administration, organizational management, and budget and forms management.
Sharon Cooper
Administrator
Sharon Cooper is a healthcare leader with more than 20 years experience in the healthcare industry with an extensive knowledge in Medicare, Medicaid operations. She is a self starter with excellent communication skills. She is a detail oriented independent thinker who possesses the ability to grasp and implement new concepts. She brings to the organization a wealth of both practical and theoretical skills.
Amanda Norman
RN, Director of Nursing
Home Health Agency is a registered nurse with over 13 years nursing experience in the community/home health field. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree In Nursing. She has worked in a variety of healthcare settings and is passionate about delivering patient centered quality care to everyone.
