investors and principal operators. The initial office will be established in quality office space on Bath Road in Bristol, Pennsylvania, which is the heart of Bristol Township. We CARE Home Health Agency will provide your family with a Caregiver who work together to provide an unparalleled home and experience. Supporting the necessities, enabling possibilities such as Quality of Life.... Community engagement, connecting with family members Companionship.... Light house work, meal preparation, laundry Groceries/shopping Skilled Care.... Provided by nursing and rehabilitation staff to manage, observe and evaluate care Personal Care.... Dressing, Bathing and hygiene, help moving around home, exercise programs Medical Assistance..... Medication management, Monitoring vital signs, helps with medical equipment, medical care, and scheduling doctors' appointments.

Retired federal government Leader and Manager, will take on executive administration, organizational management, and budget and forms management.
Amanda Norman
RN, Director of Nursing
- Home Health Agency is a registered nurse with over 13 years nursing experience in the community/home health field. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree In Nursing. She has worked in a variety of healthcare settings and is passionate about delivering patient centered quality care to everyone.
