1) Overview
We C.A.R.E. Home Health Agency offers an SMS text messaging program that enables patients, caregivers, and external contacts (“you” or “users”) to receive appointment reminders, care coordination updates, service notices, and patient support messages. Our messages may be sent by staff members or authorized virtual assistants using Microsoft Teams Calling Plan phone numbers.
SMS only: Our program currently supports SMS (text only). MMS (images/videos) is not supported.
2) Consent & Enrollment (Opt-In)
By providing your mobile number to We C.A.R.E.—including during intake, scheduling, service enrollment, website forms, or in conversation with our staff or virtual assistants—you consent to receive SMS messages related to your care, scheduling, and support. Consent is not a condition of receiving services, and you can opt out at any time.

3) Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your care needs, appointment activity, and ongoing support interactions. We do not send recurring promotional or marketing blasts under this program.
4) Costs & Charges
Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. We C.A.R.E. does not charge you for SMS messages, but your carrier’s rates may apply.
5) Opt-Out (STOP)
To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS from that number. To resume, reply START at any time.
6) HELP
Reply HELP for help. “We C.A.R.E. Home Health Agency Support: For assistance, contact tech support at Tech@wecarehh.com or visit wecarehh.com. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”

7) Program Eligibility & Availability
Regions: United States, Canada, Puerto Rico.
Carriers: Delivery depends on your carrier and device; delays or failures may occur.
Age: You confirm you are 18+ or have parental/guardian consent where applicable.
8) Privacy & Security (Healthcare)
Please see our Privacy Policy (https://wecarehh.com/privacy). SMS is not a secure channel; avoid sending sensitive or confidential information. If you disclose PHI by SMS, you do so at your discretion. For secure alternatives, contact us. We may retain SMS logs for operations and compliance. We do not sell your personal information.
9) Supported Content; No Emergency Use
For care coordination, appointment reminders, service notices, and patient support. Not for emergencies. Call 911 in an emergency. For urgent clinical matters, call our office.
10) Your Responsibilities
Provide a valid number you control and keep it current. Use the service lawfully. Notify us if your number changes or is reassigned.
11) Carrier & Delivery Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery can be impacted by carrier/network issues, device settings, spam filtering, or 10DLC restrictions.
12) Program Changes, Suspension, or Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program at any time to comply with law, carrier rules, or to protect users.
13) Dispute Resolution
Contact Tech@wecarehh.com to attempt informal resolution first. Further dispute handling will follow the governing law and venue below (insert arbitration clause if applicable).
14) Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the state in which We C.A.R.E. primarily operates. Venue lies in the appropriate state or federal courts in that state.
15) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
